Onsite assessments, interviews, and status reports are provided so a decided direction can be achieved as the church moves forward. Youthmark will help identify the type of person who will be best equipped to lead the group in the future. Feedback time with current lay leadership, parents and students will help aid in the development of a new direction. Training is given to lay leadership in this important transitional time. Youthmark can assist in not only maintaining but growing the ministry in the “in between” time.
