They're outta here! Well, so am I. The 16 hour "launch" of the Gulf Coast YMV brought four teams and nearly 60 people together for an exciting time or worship through song, His Word, fellowship and prayer!
"I'm so much more excited now than I was when we got in the vans" a Colorado Springs girl said to me.
My hope is that you'll scroll through the blogs for July 10-19 and begin to pray for the requests that each Youth Leader has listed. The first two weeks of YMV's have been very much blessed by the prayers of His people, I can't wait to see what happens with your prayers this week!
Though the time was short in Dallas, the Spirit was at work, and though I am back in Seattle, part of my heart is in TX and LA! Let's lift up these teams RIGHT NOW!

Hello friends of Youthmark! This is the Youthmark Staff Blog. We are a unique team with nearly 50 years combined Youth Ministry experience (but can you guess which one is the oldest?).
Brian Aaby (center) is the Founder and President of Youthmark. He will blog about all things Youthmark.
Kirk Petersen (right) is a Regional Director over Oregon and SW Washington. Kirk will be leading several of the Launches and will blog about some of the "coaching" he gets to do in preparing leaders for these trips and living out mission at home.
Aaron Bauer (left) is a Youthmark Mission Consultant and a live-in-the-flesh Youth Pastor. Aaron gives us a strong "on the ground" presence and can blog about how missionship is lived out before, during and after a trip.
