Notes and Agreement of Responsibilities For Complete Package Participants
- Youthmark will confirm availability of dates/location upon receipt of registration. Youthmark Mission Ventures (YMV) are limited, first come first serve. Specific start and end dates may not be exact and are negotiable to accommodate best airfare and/or special needs.
- A $500 deposit is required by January 6 or within two weeks of registration submission (whichever date is later).
- Leader's Guide and Mission Prep Workbooks will be sent to team after December 1, 2011 and upon receipt of registration for estimated number of participants and after payment of deposit. - Youthmark is responsible to confirm specific YMV location (host community/church/org) six weeks prior to trip for all Complete Packages except for the Disaster Response teams.
- Teams will be held to a 10 person minimum with final minimum number reported six weeks prior to YMV.
- Transportation to location is not included in ANY of the YMV packages. Ground transportation is covered in price in Costa Rica only. Meals in the YMV community are provided typically starting Sunday morning through Friday evening by the host community/organization. Budget some monies for travel days and/or any meals you want "out" during the YMV.
- Youthmark is insured, however, sending organizations are required to carry liability coverage for team members. International trips are covered separate from most church policies. Proof of insurance and international insurance (if necessary) is required six weeks prior to trips.
- Payment schedule: Non-refundable $500 deposit due on/before January 6 or with registration after January 6. Non-refundable second payment of $1,000 due February 6, 2012 (written notice of cancellation to be received no later than February 5) and final payment amount will be invoiced six weeks prior to YMV (written cancellation must be received at least six weeks in advance).
- Participation in and through any of the Youthmark materials will require payment regardless of trip cancellation for team and/or individuals (i.e. "Taylor" planned on doing the mission, trained, did the Mission51 Retreat, but then cancelled; the church will be required a "prep and connect" rate for Taylor).
- RoadGrip, HomeBase, Merge and T-shirts will be delivered to Church Address at least 3 days prior to YMV.
- Trips are typically 8-10 days and will be determined through communication with Youthmark personal consultant.
Our above named church hereby agrees to participate in a 2012 Youthmark Mission Venture. We will abide by the payment schedule noted in Note #8 above, and we understand that Youthmark will notify us regarding exact payment amounts.
Notes and Agreement of Responsibilities For Prep and Prep & Connect Packages
- Youthmark will contact you immediately upon receiving signed contract to begin to work on details for delivery of materials and consulting (prep and connect).
- A $500 deposit is required by January 6 or within two weeks of registration submission (whichever date is later).
- Leader's Guide and Mission Prep Workbooks will be sent to team after December 1, 2011 and upon receipt of registration for estimated number of participants and after payment of deposit. Cancellation or change in numbers of participants before the February 6, 2012 payment deadline requires a return of or additional retail purchase of all materials.
- Youthmark is insured and our coverage covers the Mission51 Retreat portion of your training, but does not cover your church for a prep & connect or prep package.
- Payment schedule: Non-refundable $500 deposit due on/before January 6 or with registration after January 6. Our above named church hereby agrees to use the Youthmark Mission Venture Prep & Connect or Prep Package. We will abide by the payment schedule noted in Note #5 above, and we understand that Youthmark will notify us regarding exact payment amounts.
Notes and Agreement of Responsibilities For Retreats and Resources
- Youthmark will contact you immediately upon receiving signed registration to confirm your reservation for the Mission51 Retreat.
- A 50% non-refundable deposit will be invoiced based on number of registrants; this should be turned in by February 6, 2012.
- Final payment (other 50% of original registration and 100% of any new participants) due at time of retreat.
- Youthmark only guarantees places for original registered participants, first come, first served, check with us for additional participants (800.455.1450).
- Youthmark and camps are insured, however, both the retreat center and Youthmark require the churches participating to carry liability insurance as well.
Our above named church hereby agrees to attend the Youthmark Mission51 Retreat. We will abide by the payment schedule noted above, and we understand that Youthmark will notify us regarding exact payment amounts.
